After 25 years in Procurement at major global companies, including 10 years at Chief Procurement Officer level, I founded The Strategy Lab GmbH in early 2018 with three very simple aims:

1. To dramatically improve procurement’s performance through better negotiation and other critical skills

2. To support senior procurement leaders to transform the capability and reputation of their function

3. To drive sales revenue growth and profitability for B2B companies by transforming how they work with their customers’ procurement teams
